Creeper the Merchant
Creeper is a non-hostile scamp living with a bunch of orcs in Ghorak Manor in Caldera. He’s one of the only two creature merchants in Morrowind. Like the Mudcrab Merchant, he will buy items at full price, but he has only 5,000g compared to the 10,000g that the Mudcrab has. Creeper is much easier to get to though, since you can reach Caldera through the mages guild. And, although he has less gold to spend, he buys more items than the Mudcrab, including Skooma. If you’re on xbox and can’t use cheats for gold like I couldn’t when I played, these two merchants are the best way to make fat stacks of gold.
